2024 Single Vineyard Hunter Valley Chardonnay
LAMBS VALLEY, NSW
A finely structured Chardonnay with delicious Natural acid and judicious French oak framing. Pale lemon lime in colour the refreshing palate is pure deliciousness. This basket pressed wine is a blend of two picks from the Charleroi Vineyard in beautiful Lambs Valley. This first pick is vinified and matured in stainless steel to retain maximum freshness and vitality. The second pick, two weeks later, delivers beautiful fruit and subtle complexity from the classy French oak barrel fermentation and maturation.
