A delicate and subtle wine with hints of white fruits on the nose. Pale lemon-lime in colour with a refreshing palate that is pure deliciousness. This basket pressed wine is a blend of two picks from the Charleroi Vineyard in beautiful Lambs Valley. This first pick is vinified and matured in stainless steel to retain maximum freshness and vitality. The second pick, two weeks later, delivers beautiful fruit and subtle complexity from the classy French oak barrel fermentation and maturation.
